here's my list. Most of these already have patches which are used
by downstream distributions.

libxfce4ui
----------

Normalize string representation of keyboard shortcuts before
comparing them in the libxfce4kbd-private shortcut matching code
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=768704

Thunar
------

g_file_new_for_uri ("network://") seems to slow down Thunar's
startup
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7373

xfce4-power-manager
-------------------

Fix the type of saved brightness levels so they can be correctly
loaded again
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7791

Handle X errors when setting brightness via XRANDR gracefully
rather than crashing
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7999

Prevent crashes due to xfpm_battery_notify_idle() being called on
a battery that has been removed
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7851

xfce4-session
-------------

xflock4 is broken
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3770

Thanks,
