There's no such plans but this can be easily added to Thunar by means
of a custom user action or a file sharing extension.
I once had an "scp"-based context menu action to upload files into my
public folder on the Xfce servers. This is pretty simple but of course
not everyone has SSH access and a public folder on a server.
All it needs for a proper file-sharing plugin is a web service with an
HTTP API and a Thunar context menu plugin based on libsoup or any other
HTTP library. This plugin could upload the file and display a dialog
with download information (similar to how xfce4-screenshooter does it).
To my knowledge there is no such plugin yet. There once was a dropbox
extension though; not sure what the status of that is though.
