Removal of the location button

When using thunar with the shortcut pane, it's just duplicating a 
feature which is available in an easier and faster way. So it is pretty 
much useless. History function is already provided efficiently by 
forward/backward buttons.

I did not even notice that I ignored it all the time.

+1 for the removal.

However, instead of the removal you could also move the reload button 
there so that it looks like it is part of the location bar, like it is 
done in Mozilla Firefox.
