Orage: locale/start_weekday issue: any GTK bug report?

Yes, I agree with Yves-Alexis, there is nothing wrong in 
gtk_calendar_new nor in Orage.
Some distros have parametrized some locales wrong, which is the only 
known problem
at least to me. If you see problems you need to bug it to your distro 
packagers.
