Orage: locale/start_weekday issue: any GTK bug report?

Hello  :-)

I understand that the Orage calendar window not displaying with the locale's
start_weekday is caused by the GTK library because Orage uses
gtk_calendar_new() to generate the calendar window.  Reference:

Is there any GTK/GtkCalendar bug report for this (I was not able to find
one)?  The GtkCalendar API documentation still says nothing about locale so
an enhancement request might be more appropriate than a bug report.
