Activity and silence monitoring in terminal + move tabs

Hi, 

I have extended the implementation of activity monitoring with silence
and bell detection in Terminal (Hidden options for now). 
I've also added the ability to move tabs (menu entry + keyboard
shortcuts). Please find
attached a patch against version 0.4.5. 
I needed these features so perhaps someone could find them useful...
