You need to give us the IP of the server, so we can whitelist it on the
main rsync server.

Then you pull from rsync://mocha.xfce.org/archive.xfce.org and configure
a crontab to keep the mirror synced once every hour.

Configure a read-only rsync module that mirrorbrain can use to scan the
content of your mirror (it is up to you to decide whether you make it
available to everyone or just whitelist 130.237.188.212). Finally, send
us the URL of your mirror.
