Sorry for picking on this (in particular when I haven't contributed
to this neat feature) but can't we give this property a more
descriptive name like /general/StartAssistiveTechnologies or
something? I know the name doesn't really matter internally but, 
yeah, you know me... ;) 

It's ok if you don't want this to be changed any more. Just thinking
about people who might use xfce4-settings-editor or who might be
looking for this property using xfconf-query.
