xfwm4 version 4.6.2 does not work with Xinerama?

So if I understand correct. xfwm4 version < 4.2 had Xinerama support but
xfwm4 version 4.6.2 does not have Xinerama support anymore, but added
only RandR 1.2 support.

Thanks for this regression. (There are a lot of display devices that do
not support RandR 1.2)
