xfwm4 version 4.6.2 does not work with Xinerama?

So I changed the serverlayout and placed the other screen rightof
instead of below. I still have the same issues! However now the window
moves as far to the other windows except for the tickness of the top
border. If also cant pull it over from the other side. It is just stuck
on some sort of artificial barrier...

I made some screenshots of it, look very close and see that the window
is still a bit on the left side: http://imagebin.ca/view/tQj2wlmf.html

I also disproved the xfce4-panel hypothesise by removing it from my
destkop environment en never staring up. I also made a screenshot of

I also changed the xfwm4 theme to default, tried some other window
snapping option, but nothing helped.

What is going wrong here?
