Planning features for 4.10

Hey everyone,

I've created a page for the 4.10 release cycle on

  http://wiki.xfce.org/releng/4.10/schedule

Everyone in charge of core components is invited to write down features
he'd like to implement in 4.10 in the roadmap section:

I have moved a few things related to Thunar over from the 4.8 roadmap
already.
