Question about relicensing of exo code

Not only. I agree exo code was supposed to be LGPL, but see

And
http://git.xfce.org/xfce/thunar-vfs/diff/thunar-vfs/exo-hal.c?id=62a90bf
indeed changes that code license from GPL to LGPL.
