xfce4-notifyd release

Hey,

it seems that libnotify 0.5 doesn't support notification spec 1.0. At
least, xfce4-notifyd 0.1.0 doesn't work with it. So it'd be *really*
nice if the current git could be released at some point.

What exactly is needed for that to happen?
