Xfdesktop and nautilus

I'm using Xfce with nautilus as file manager and xfdesktop as desktop
manager. Here is trivial patch that adds configure option
"--disable-file-manager-thunar". With this option,
"file-manager-fallback" will be used instead of thunar. E.g.:

> ./configure --enable-thunarx \
> --disable-file-manager-thunar \
> --with-file-manager-fallback=Nautilus ...

There are a lot of discussions how to use xfce with nautilus,
so maybe this option will be useful for some people.
