Mousepad development

I've tried to compile Mousepad from this tarball with pango-1.14.9-6 
(CentOS). It doesn't have "pango_layout_get_line_readonly" function 
(it's used in mousepad-print.c) and compilation aborted. Configure 
didn't check it. Do you have a bugzilla or something where I can send 
bugs and patches?
