xfce4.8 pre2 panels with dual screen

Hi.

I've been running XFCE4 pre1 and just updated to Pre2. I have noticed 1 
thing that stopped working from xfce4.6. I have 2 screeens running in 
twinview (dual head), with xfce4.6.x the tasks would be would split up 
onto the corresponding panel. All windows/task running on monitor 1 
would show only on panel 1, all windows/tasks on monitor 2 would show on 
panel 2. Was this functionally removed in xfce4.8? I can't find an 
option anywhere for this.
