New design for the xfce.org website

Hello all,

Pasi Lallinaho and I are going to start working on a new design for the 
Xfce website, to improve the way the information is given and to make it 
look more modern. We will first work (well, Pasi mostly) on a demo and 
then merge our changes if we are all satisfied.

As a start, we plan to only change the layout, to keep most of the 
existing translations (even if most of them are strongly outdated, two 
or three translations are very good such as Japanese or Danish). After 
that we might merge some existing pages and refactor others, such as the 
project page, which is a bit messy at the moment. Some informations will 
also have to be updated, I'm going to take care of that.

Pasi and I wanted to know if you had any thoughts, ideas, suggestions 
for the new design. Any comments are welcome!
