Wrong email address in commit logs

Hi all,

Where does git take its email addresses, fir past (ie pre-git migration)?

I do have my address set in gti config, however looking at past logs,
I see that my email is:

    fourdan.olivier at wanadoo.fr

I am not with Wanadoo for years, and never used that email for
committing afaik(I have been using fourdan at xfce.org since 1998 - or
olivier at xfce.org wither should work, iirc - when Chuck offered the
domain name).

I realize that it's a nice spam filter, but I still would prefer that
my correct email address to be used.

Could someone please correct that in the commit logs?
