Hi,

I'm answering to bugs, sometimes, but when some needs to be closed, 
well, I have to leave the bug as-is with a dummy comment "can be closed, 
is fixed, etc". I had like to be able to close bugs... and if you are a 
little picky about giving admin I had like to be able to close bugs that 
are assigned to xfce-i18n at xfce.org. Seems I am part of the i18n crew :)
