Xfce4 Vala provides bindings for the Xfce framework.

The version 0.1 includes bindings for the following Xfce 4.6 libraries:
libxfce4util, libxfce4menu, libxfconf, libxfcegui4, libexo.

This is an alpha release. If you wish to start coding Vala applications
with Xfce's framework you can! The state of the alpha release is not
completely done. The bindings for libxfce4util, libxfce4menu and
libxfconf have been taken care of closely. The bindings for libxfcegui4
are not entirely polished, the tests are not complete. And the bindings
for libexo are not complete, there aren't any Vala tests and the classes
for the GTK+ widgets have not been taken care of, instead only the
automated bindings by introspection are available. The libxfce4panel
library is not included because there are errors at the introspection
stage. Finally, the vapi files may still change if the current
namespaces and class names aren't ideal.

The content of the xfce4-vala source is the following: packages contains
files for vapi generation, vapi contains (obviously) vapi files, and the
tests directory contain vala sample that are using the xfce4-vala bindings.

To build the tests, run make tests. To install the vapi files, run make
install.
