Presto based on Xfce?

It's mentioned nowhere on their site (at least I couldn't find any on
http://www.prestomypc.com) but it looks a lot like xfwm4 and I clearly
recognize a theme that I made here (it's called "sassandra" if you
wonder):

and this also really looks like Thunar to me

At least there is a  mention of Xfce in the forums :)
