slower startup with 4.6?

Xfce 4.6 starts up faster than stock 4.4 because it uses parallel
startup. Now some distributions had applied a similar parallel startup
patch to 4.4, so for some users there won't be any improvement. But I
recall there was a bug report about slow parellel startup with 4.6 - I
just can't find the bug right now when I was looking for it.
