It is actually true that in most countries, one is allowed to ask for
deletion of his data. Now, if Dennis Heuer isn't happy of the options
provided by Bugzilla, he shall write a letter to the person who hosts
it and explicitely (and politely) ask for the deletion of his whole
account, instead of threatening people in such a way, which is also
covered by law, in even more countries.

PS:  Dennis, i don't know where you live, but the only law that
applies here is the one of the country where bugzilla is hosted, not
your own "national law". Welcome to the internet.
