[xfdesktop] Where to start if I'm going to add thumbnail-showing functionalities or so?

Now is probably not a good time.  The file backend needs to be 
completely redone to use GIO instead of thunar-vfs.  After that happens, 
we'll probably want to use Jannis' tumbler project to get thumbnails.  I 
don't think it's ready to start working on it yet.  Jannis?
