git repo layout

I used this repo layout as the base for the new archive layout and
these two seemed a little odd.

> xfce/gtk-xfce-engine-2

Given that all tarballs are named gtk-xfce-engine-2.x.y.tar.bz2,
shouldn't this be gtk-xfce-engine? I remember we've been refering to it
as gtk-xfce-engine-2 in the past but is this correct? This is from
configure.in:

  AC_INIT([gtk-xfce-engine], [2.6.0], [http://bugzilla.xfce.org])

> xfce/libexo

Can we make this xfce/exo? I know it's a library but the tarballs are
all called exo-something, not libexo-something.
