Strangely enough, I was getting bug mail even when bugzilla said I 
shouldn't.  I wasn't seeing your move changes, but I was getting normal 
mail when anyone would comment or whatever.  Odd.  Maybe you somehow 
just disabled bug mail for changes you generate?
