Xfce 4.6.0 Released!!!

Congratulations, Xfce developers!!  xD

In looking at the website, it looks like some of the updates still
need to be pushed over from http://www-test.xfce.org to the regular
http://www.xfce.org.  I assume someone is pressing the necessary
buttons to make these updates?  =)
