xfdesktop doc updates

Hi,

I attach here a patch for the xfdesktop doc/.  It adds Japanese
translation, and also the Danish xml file which had the corresponding
po file here for quite some time (I ran make -C po-doc update-xml).

I attach a tarball with the images for the Japanese translations (root
directory is doc/ja/images/).  Hem, I upload it here:
