Issue on Transifex transmitted content

Is it possible to automatically run intltool-update on the Transifex
translations before they are going to be committed to the git repositories?

Because of the different tools used for translation we have lots of changes
in the comment lines and ones due to different line breaking which are no
real changes in translated content. This is unnecessary, distracting and
annoying.
