Apparently the git-daemon is gone away, in the meantime if you want to
clone you can still use the HTTP URL with
git clone http://git.xfce.org/apps/xarchiver 

It is less efficient than the git protocol but at least you can work on
your project and you can change it later by editing .git/config. Also
you can't push using this URL AFAIK, you'll need your git-ssh account
for that.
