Mount, unmount and eject removable devices

Hello to all,

I was testing the XFCE desktop for a Live distribution.
and noticed that the options to mount, unmount and eject removable devices are
not shown in a logical behaviour, that should be:
when is mounted: ummount
and if the device is not mounted: mount or eject

Analyzing the code I have found several points where this behavior should be
implemented,

Attached are the changes I made, and now use in my desktop distribution.

Note: That is the code of Debian sid, and looking to the main trunk in the
websvn I have appreciated that the logic remains the same.

Kind regards,
