xfwm resize window from the top border

Just to add another voice of "just a user": I personally like this functionality. It's
not like I was demanding (or would have been demanding) it, but I've grown to like it.
Furthermore, there are quite a few keyboard-shortcuts that might help you avoid your
mis-clickin.
