MCS is deprecated with Xfce 4.6.

@devs: how about deleting trunk (leaving a DEPRECATED file)? It would
first necessitate to backport trunk to the 4.4 branch though -- there
are some fixes and many translations. This will give a green light for
yet another release -> 4.4.4.
