for 4.6: need to check and fix all glade files

We need to go through all glade files with widgets that use 
GtkAdjustments (like GtkSpinButton) and set the page_size parameter to 
0.  Glade apparently defaults to 10, which is a stupid value, and, in 
the latest version of gtk, will cause breakage.

There's been a workaround added to the next version of libglade to make 
this suck less, but we shouldn't rely on it.  Let's just fix our .glade 
files.
