Xscreensaver configurator in XFCE settings panel

Yeah, unfortunately there's no good way to add 3rd-party apps without
adding a second .desktop file that would potentially cause a duplicate
in the menu if the app itself (xscreensaver, gnome-screensaver, etc.)
also provides a .desktop file.

Might be a way around this, though I can't think of anything offhand.
