xdg user dirs patch complete

hello all,
the patch for xdg user special directories is finally complete.
now thunar also hides the menu entries for the directories that were not
defined.

I've just started writing the dialog that lets you set those directories
but I can't see any way to do that on platforms that arent UNIX.
As always, suggestions are welcome.
