Bugs in 4.6?

Hey all. I was just wondering if someone who is in a position to know
can tell me if this bug is fixed in 4.6?

I'm kinda tired of hearing about it at the office :) They refer to
Xfce as "Erik's Desktop Environment" whenever it pisses them off.
