I wouldn't mind. 

Another thing you already mentioned some time ago: What about dropping
the "Xfce 4", "Xfce" and "Xfce4" prefixes and even dropping the 
"Settings" suffix from dialog titles and desktop entry names? If the
dialogs are only visible in Xfce and belong to the "DesktopSettings"
group it should be clear that they are actually settings dialogs. IMHO
that helps improving the UI and strings a bit.
