svn web problems

Last I tried insurrection (right before installing SVN::Web, whenever 
that was), it sucked -- buggy and feature-poor.  Never heard of 
bssvnbrowser, but I'd rather not put a rails app up there, esp on a 
vhost that does other things too.

I'm planning on just putting viewvc up there.  It's stable, well-used, 
and doesn't require any maintenance.  No, it's not the prettiest, but it 
gets the job done.
