xfce-panel-enum-types.h -> libxfce4panel-enum-types.h rename?

Mm yeah, I see libxfce4panel-enum-types is not properly included, will
fix this. But apart from that I don't see the relation with xfce4menu
(whatever that is anyway), since panel plugins only need to include
libxfce4panel/xfce-panel-plugin.h.
