Releases and translations

Hi guys,

I wanted to make a plea in name of the translators: whenever you guys
decide to release a newer version of FOO, could you give us a heads up
so we have time to work on the translations? Don't misunderstand my
request as an order, but simply a humble request from someone who
wants to see your work completely translated.
