New mixer

Hey,

probably for the last time before the mixer (hopefully) becomes part of
Xfce: another update. The mixer now remembers the last window size and
selected sound card, but most importantly: you can now define which
controls you want to be visible.

I'd really like to move it to /trunk. Are there any objections or
opinions on this, except those I already read? I'm especiall hoping for
some of the devs to raise their voices.

Features missing:

 * Panel plugin
 * MCS plugin or an xfconf equivalent (if any)
 * monitor for changes 
 * make the controls available via console options
