Orage is part of the core components, which means you release with Xfce.
If you intend to code your way along, ask for your project to be moved
over goodies.x.o. There you have a release-manager with an html
formular, you type some words about the changes, and press upload!
The goodies website provides panel plugins, thunar plugins, and
applications, so far :-p The tarballs, when uploaded, are all available
on a single location (http://goodies.xfce.org/releases/).
