GTK+ and GLib versions for Xfce 4.8

Sounds very good particularly for GIO. And Glib 2.18 is noticibly more
stable anyway, I personally would even recommend that regardless of
what Gtk needs. (Yeah, bad experience with fuzzy bugs in 2.16)
