Looking good! Love the 'Hidden applications' option!

A few suggestions:
* Scale the icons to the available height (or width if in vertical 
mode(?)). The icons are cropped now...
* The 'Properties' dialog is a bit too small
* Only show the 'expand button' on hovering above the systray (questionable)
