please test: new DPI setting

Hey all,

I just committed a new font DPI setting to trunk that I'd like to also
get into 4.4, but it needs testing before I'd feel safe putting it in
4.4 branch. See bug 3164[1] if you're curious about the details. This
should fix most problems people are having with weird font DPI issues
due to broken X drivers, and people who can't (or don't want to) edit
their xorg.conf file to force a display size can use this to set their
DPI (obviously this will only apply to apps that draw fonts via Xft).

To test, please update both xfce-mcs-plugins and xfce-utils to trunk.
If you don't update xfce-utils, you might have a system-wide Xft.xrdb
file that will override your DPI to 96, so the 'System Default' DPI
setting won't work.

Anyway, happy testing, and please comment on the above bug if you're
having problems.

Thanks,
Brian
