xfce-mcs-manager -> suggest signal poll interval == 1s

So on my system, orage and clock (not displaying seconds) don't even show up in 
the list, so they are not sending more than 1.0 wps. currently I haven't looked 
at the real amount, but I'm not yet interested in anything which is below 1 wps. 
I'll definately investigate this later.
