I think you want to flag such a request at  
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL/WishList, since there are Xfce 4.4  
packages for Fedora at  
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/development/ 
i386/repoview/xfce-desktop.group.html.
