IMHO, the Frap prefix is like Egg in GNOME - it should only be used for
in-development stuff placed in libfrap. So I'd probably call the
library libxfce4menu and replace the "Frap" prefix with "Xfce", yes.
If there are no objections, I'll do the move tomorrow. Any hints on how
to version the library? Should it use the same versions as the other
libraries?

Now that xfdesktop already uses it I don't need the test program for
displaying the root menu anymore, so the dependency on libxfcegui4 will
be removed.
