Mirror redirection broken

Hi all,

Several mirrors broke during the website update, i.e. for
www.de.xfce.org the ~user redirection doesn't work:

 http://www.de.xfce.org/~benny/projects/thunar-volman/index.html

www.us.xfce.org works. I dunno if this is handled right now, but it
would be nice if everybody could check the .htaccess redirection rules
on his mirror.
